How billing and credits work
What will I pay today?
Your selected monthly or annual subscription plus one-time setup and applicable VAT. Setup is €299, reduced to €99 with ORDERSFIRST3 for the first three customers. Stripe shows your exact total before you pay.
Your subscription starts when you order. Annual plans are paid in full upfront, with credits included each month.
What happens after checkout?
You go straight to our calendar to book your setup call. We agree the scope, connect your systems and build your MCP. Day 10 is the target for your ChatGPT launch, subject to review.

How do credits relate to conversations?
Credits measure the work your agent does. The conversation figures assume around 8 credits per text conversation.
Longer exchanges and tasks with more actions use more credits. Memory updates, planning and proactive engagement also use credits, so the number of conversations your balance covers will vary.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer request and the back-and-forth to handle it, including related memory updates and order or invoice actions.
Replies about the same request stay together, even when the customer switches channels. A separate request or a new conversation started by the agent counts as another conversation. Usage is deducted from your credit balance as the agent works.
Are phone calls included?
The estimates on this page cover text conversations. Phone calls are priced separately. You’ll see the rate before enabling them.
